I highly recommend that you purchase an alternate product.The quality overall is about what I expected. I have purchased and assembled many pieces of furniture and I don't really have any complaints about the overall quality, packaging, instructions or level of difficulty.My issue is that things happen. In my case, I purchased 2 of these as cheap furniture for rarely used guest bedrooms. One of the items is missing a bracket for one of the drawers. Still, thinking no problem, I have been working to contact the seller to get a replacement - also which I have done before with many items. The customer support number doesn't exist - disconnect. The website - doesn't exist, you can't get there. So effectively, the company doesn't exist. If you buy it - it's a gamble on whether you will get a problem free product or not.I followed the directions and I am also seeing what some of the others are seeing. The drawers don't close flush. And I can see the issue as the pre drilled holes are not clear on most of the pieces. Have it all set up. Not sure if i can return and get a refund now.This was pretty difficult to put together as some of the parts were missing labels or were mis-labeled. Once I had it together, however, I was really disappointed to see that the drawers only open half way, making getting things in and out of them nearly impossible. I think it is to prevent tipping over, but if you can't get into the drawer - what's the good of it?Overall, it was a nice dresser. There was a few premade holes missing, so I had to eyeball where to place the screws. One drawer was a bit crooked than the others, even with following the instructions. Definitely a two person job to assemble it.Pretty easy to setup. Be aware of putting too much weight in the drawers. I put a bunch of jeans in one, and the bottom fell out.Some finish at the edges and corners a little revealing. Had to switch the drawers around so that they all could open and close smoothly.Not much space for storage not sturdy and super time consuming to assembleI received this product yesterday just a few days after placing the order which was nice. However, when I opened it today to assemble, I was upset to find that all the hardware for assembly with the exception of the drawer slides were missing. So I am completely unable to assemble the product until I hear back from the company who can hopefully send the necessary hardware without needing to do a complete return.
