The dresser arrives boxed but put together. It’s a lot of material to un-box but it was worth the savings. This item is sold at Ashley furniture but I would have paid nearly $500 more to buy it through them and have them deliver it. It arrived and the box was in perfect condition, so I didn’t hesitant to accept the delivery. There are three small scratches on one drawer but they aren’t extremely noticeable and could have been done at the factory. I’ll take it for the savings I got on it and just not mind the couple scratches, I’ll probably get those furniture markers to fill it in.When we unboxed the dresser after delivery one of the outer brackets below the drawer was broke in half and another area had a big piece of wood that had chipped off so I ended up returning the dresser. The only reason for 3 stars was because of the damage. I really like the style of the dresser so I tried to order another one but it was no longer available for delivery in my area. It was a beautiful dresser, and I wish it would have been able to be exchanged for one that wasn't damaged.Ashley 7 drawer dresser. Dresser is very solid and finished well. The top two drawers were felt lined. Size, finish, and the look is exactly as expected. A good quality dresser with very spacious drawers. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality.I had it delivered to the room for an additional $25 mostly because it had to be put on end to get it through the narrow doorways. The guys used my furniture sliders so as not to mar the floor and even put the sliders under the feet after it was placed in the room so that I could reposition it easily. They were great!Arrived late, but not one scratch or dent. Better then going into the Ashley furniture store, free delivery, only fee I paid for was to have it placed inside the room of choice, which I am so happy I did, this piece is extremely large.This dresser is perfect! Great quality, size and color. It was delivered assembled. True to size specifications. I’m very pleased with this purchase!!I love my dresser. It now completes my bedroom set. And I didn't have to go through the hassle of going through the local Ashley store directly.I like it I enjoy it but it was broken in the back panelFound this dresser in a furniture store and loved it, found it here for much cheaper! Love my dresser
